***COMMUNICATION***

Any and all booking changes or cancellation of any kind to any trip must be submitted in writing via email. Total Transport LLC will send out a Google Calendar invite email with the trip details. The Google Calendar invite is not the final confirmation it is used just for trip information for drivers.  On occasion if there are any incorrect details, the person with the trip may communicate via email & we can adjust accordingly.  Any discrepancy in any booking will always revert to the last written communication.
